One of Qwilr's guiding product design principles is to make complex things feel simple. The quoting tool is a good illustration of this principle, taking a complex and often unappealing business task and making it visual and intuitive.

Block styles allow for design rules and content creation to live separately. So designers can design, marketing can write copy and sales people can tweak, all without stepping on each other's toes.

The scope and ambition of Qwilr has grown a great deal over the years. A lot of effort, focus and refactoring have gone into creating a maintainable codebase that is amenable to rapid development and high velocity product cycles.
