Most sequences of exercise can be codified. Yoga is no exception. There are explicit structures on which a yoga flow are modelled. The Seku concept is to provide an intuitive interface to create, record and play back these sequences.
The Seku interface aims to reduce cognitive burden. For creators, it separates the concerns of high level structure, poses/exercises and variations. And for practitioners, it provides easily browsable and scannable instructions for each pose, as well visual and auditory cues for timing.
